I installed an Nexus 7 in my car, it looks awesome! There are tons of aftermarket stereos out there, even running android. Most of them are either outdated or doesn't look great at all when installed in a car. I own a BMW 3-series 330i (E46 MY03) and the factory stereo is curvy and really wide so most of the aftermarket stereos looks really awful.
